2. Formation of the contract
Contracts with VFR are formed through written agreements, oral arrangements or conduct implying agreement. The precise contractual content and terms are agreed individually between VFR and the client.
3. Services
VFR provides insurance intermediation, financial, risk management and fiduciary services under the agreed contractual terms. The exact services and conditions are set out in separate contracts or order confirmations.
4. Remuneration
Remuneration for VFR’s services is based on the agreed fees, commissions or charges. The exact payment arrangements are set out in the contract.

7. Contract duration and cancellation
The contract term is agreed individually between VFR and the client and may be fixed or indefinite. Notice periods and termination arrangements are set out contractually. Agreed notice periods must be observed for ordinary termination. Extraordinary termination for good cause remains reserved.
8. Duty of confidentiality
VFR undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information and data learned during its business relationship with the client. This duty continues after the relationship ends.
9. Dispute resolution
In disputes between VFR and the client, we seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, legal proceedings may be initiated. Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or connected with the contracts lies at VFR’s registered office, to the extent permitted by law.

The client undertakes to provide VFR fully and truthfully with all information relevant to performance of the contract. Changes to relevant data must be reported without delay.

Swiss statutory provisions apply to all matters not otherwise regulated. Any differing agreements must be in writing and expressly agreed between VFR and the client.
13. Place of performance

Communication between VFR and the client may take place electronically. The client agrees that communications, contracts or invoices may be transmitted electronically.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all legal relationships between VFR and the client. Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or connected with the contracts lies at VFR’s registered office, to the extent permitted by law.
