What the mandate is
The brokerage mandate appoints VFR Versicherungs-, Finanz- und Riskmanagement GmbH to manage your insurance contracts: we compare providers, administer policies, monitor deadlines and support you with claims. Your existing contracts remain in place; only their management changes. The mandate is free for you and can be cancelled at any time.
Your rights and our obligations
As an independent insurance intermediary (FINMA intermediary register no. F01490428), we inform you at the first contact about our status, services and remuneration. Full details are set out in the Client information pursuant to Art. 45 VAG — where you will also find information on the Remuneration and about the complaints office.
How to arrange the mandate
We provide the mandate form during your consultation — please submit a Request or call us on: +41 58 200 29 29. After signing, we take over the ongoing support and provide access to the client portal on request.
