The same range of services as WeCare, only for a business: we make enquiries, request documents and receive post — from authorities, institutions, companies, insurers, banks and financial institutions. You sign whatever needs your signature.
Who writes to your company — and what we take on
The range of services is the same as WeCare for private individuals. In a business there are simply different senders, and more of them.
Social security compensation office and pension fund
Registrations and deregistrations, annual declarations, contribution queries — we obtain the documents and handle the correspondence.
Accident and personal insurance providers
Notifications, requests for additional documents and confirmations. We make sure each organisation receives what it requires and keep track of deadlines.
Tax authorities and VAT
We receive deadline extensions, forms and requests for supporting documents, and obtain anything missing. Advisory services themselves remain excluded.
Banks and financial institutions
Applications, supporting documents and forms for accounts, cards and financing — compiled and submitted.
Authorities and public offices
Commercial register, municipality, cantonal authorities: we clarify what is required and submit it on time.
Business partner and landlord
Contracts, cancellations, changes of address and other correspondence left outstanding in your business.
How it starts
Four steps to the first letter you no longer answer yourself.
Initial consultation
We look at the correspondence you receive, which deadlines apply and where things are getting held up in your business. Free of charge and without obligation.
Power of attorney and access permissions
You grant us the necessary power of attorney to act on behalf of your company. Only then can we request documents.
We take care of it
The service package starts once payment is received: clarifying matters, requesting and receiving documents, handling correspondence and monitoring deadlines.
You sign
Your company makes the decisions and signs. We present anything that needs a signature and report what has been completed.
What WeCare Business costs
- The introductory price applies to the first 50 contracts concluded. What counts is the date we receive the signed contract, not the date of the enquiry.
- It applies to the first contract year. From the second year onwards, the standard price of CHF 1’499.– per year applies.
- The range of services is the same as at the standard price. Tax advice and legal and tax services remain excluded. Court-related services, representation in court and the conduct of court proceedings are not included in the WeCare subscription.
- No VAT is charged — the price stated is the final price.
- Term
- 12 months from receipt of payment. The contract is tacitly renewed for a further 12 months unless notice is given within the deadline.
- Cancellation
- 3 months before the end of the term.
- VAT
- No VAT is charged — the price stated is the final price.
What is not included
Two areas are excluded — and we say so here, not somewhere in the small print:
- No tax advice. You can order the tax service separately — the prices are shown below.
- No legal or tax services. Court-related services, representation in court and the conduct of court proceedings are not included in the WeCare subscription.
- No bookkeeping and no payroll run. These are separate VFR services and not part of the service plan.
